Inspective Home Inspection Corporation was founded in 2023 by Master Home Inspector Joseph M. Salmonese. Joseph is a Licensed Home Inspector in the State of New York and Nationally Certified by the EBPHI. Along with Home Inspections, Joe possesses a NYSDEC Pesticide Technician License which includes Termites & WDI Inspections as well as a NYSDOL Mold Remediation Contractor and Assessor License. Joseph maintains his commercial building inspector license through the national CCPIA and is an established member of InterNACHI. Joseph is a 16-year active Firefighter/ EMT & past Captain and Training Officer of the Greenlawn Fire Department located on Long Island in Suffolk County, NY. Joseph maintains a NYSDOH IB Water Treatment Operator License through the Greenlawn Water District and has extensive experience with water and air quality testing. Joe has worked and majored in the Residential and Commercial electrical fields obtaining his national electrical NCCER certification.
Joseph's background in Construction, Electric, Fire & Water make him a Leading Expert in the Home Inspection Industry.
